Feeding the soul

Sometimes it takes only one act of kindness and caring to change a person’s life.

The IWA Acts of Kindness Club (AOK) is a club completely dedicated to philanthropy. We embrace the core mantra of Care, Connect, and Celebrate that IWA stands for. We are actively involved in various community activities, such as porridge distribution drives, beach cleanup initiatives, Earth Day celebrations and assisting at soup kitchens to prepare meals for needy families. Additionally, we organize events to mark occasions like Mother's Day, with proceeds benefiting social enterprises like Angel Hearts (an organization for bereaved mothers) and The Enabling Village (an institution supporting the differently abled), among others. A few of the numerous events we have orchestrated include IWA members interacting with the elderly at community centers and hospices, fostering a deeper connection with the beneficiaries.

Furthermore, we engage with our members on a profound level through activities like "Kindness Diaries," where members can share their personal interpretations of kindness.

Food for thought: “No act of kindness, no matter how small, is ever wasted” - Aesop
