IWA Movie Club will be exploring movies based on true stories this year .

Erin Brockovich is a 2000 (130 minutes)American biographical film , directed by Steven Soderbergh and stars Julia Roberts.It is a legal drama based on the true story of a woman who helped win the largest settlement ever paid in a direct-action lawsuit.The film went on to claim five Oscar nominations at the 73rd Academy Awards and a Best actress win for Roberts.Erin Brockovich will make you laugh,it will make you cry...it will make you stand up and cheer...the Movie is truly an enjoyable ride !
