Trees of Hope A fun community engagement event for the family This year, the People’s Association Integration Division (INT) and Community Arts & Culture Division (CACD) will embark a Community Engagement Programme (CEP) to produce/decorate/complete 150 Singapore “Trees of Hope” (135 small trees, 12 medium trees and 3 big trees) for Chingay 2015. The completed trees will be lighted up with flowers made of recycled plastic bottles, each carrying written messages of the community’s hopes and dreams for Singapore, and the Finale will be presented on 27 and 28 February 2015 and 1 March 2015.
