Join us at an interactive workshop with Dr. Vinisha - a Ph.D. in cell & molecular biology - with a keen interest in nature and health. We will see how she grows her own edible plants and herbs and learn to incorporate vegetable & herb combinations better in our daily diet & build long term wellness and preventive health.
Participate by bringing in samplers of unique and flavourful combinations of your own special dishes which we can all share and talk about.
Dr. Vinisha - our host for this event – will take us on a walk through her garden @ 7 Wilton Close. She will share her stories about biodiversity, growing edible plants, especially herbs and how to grow and incorporate them in daily life for consumption as well as other purposes.
She has invented a line of nutribreads called Better Breads with 12 unique vegetable & herb combinations in a 50% whole wheat base. She will share how she developed 7 of her combinations and explain what makes them unique and beneficial as combinations in the context of wellness & preventive health.
